Why is there a “Manufactured (MFG)” date on my bottle instead of an expiration date?
Most Swanson brand products feature an MFG date (the date the product was bottled). Generally, dietary supplements are considered stable at full potency for 2–3 years from the MFG date, while probiotics and liquids are typically stable for 1 year.
